Incident Overview
On June 25, 2019, at approximately 1335 local time, a Bell 206L-3 helicopter, registration D-HOTT, and an Aeroprakt A22L airplane collided in mid-air near Inca, Mallorca, Spain. The helicopter was carrying a pilot and four passengers, while the airplane had two occupants. All seven individuals on board both aircraft received fatal injuries. Both aircraft were destroyed in the collision.
