Accident Notification
The government of Canada notified the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a Bell 206 helicopter that occurred on September 24, 2019.
Investigation Arrangements
In accordance with the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of Canada's investigation. The Transportation Safety Board of Canada will lead the investigation and release all related investigative information.
