On October 6, 2019, at approximately 1547 coordinated universal time, a Piper PA28-140 aircraft, registration ZS-EEZ, crashed near Vryburg Airport in Huhudi, South Africa. The pilot sustained fatal injuries, and the passenger suffered serious injuries. The extent of damage to the airplane is not known.
