What happened
On October 11, 2019, at approximately 1147 UTC, a Bell 4/12EP, registration SU-CBX, crashed into the sea approximately 65 miles north of Port Said City, Egypt. The aircraft was operating under the civil regulations of the Egyptian government when it lost control during flight and impacted the water.
There were no injuries reported among the two pilots and three passengers on board. The helicopter sustained substantial damage during the accident.
