Accident Notification
On December 11, 2019, the government of Canada notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a Piper PA60 airplane. In accordance with ICAO Annex 13 provisions, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of Canada's investigation.
Investigation Authority
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) is leading the investigation. All investigative information pertaining to this accident will be released exclusively by the government of Canada.
