Incident Overview
On January 23, 2020, an aviation incident occurred involving a Bombardier CL600-2C10 aircraft. The Bureau d'Enquêtes et d'Analyses pour la sécurité de l'aviation civile (BEA) of France has formally notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) regarding this event.
International Cooperation
In accordance with international aviation safety protocols, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the ongoing investigation led by the BEA of France. This collaboration is conducted under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, which governs the coordination of accident and incident investigations involving multiple nations.
