The NTSB has appointed a representative to assist Costa Rican authorities in investigating an incident involving an American Airlines Boeing 757.

On February 9, 2020, an incident occurred involving a Boeing 757-2B7, registration N200UU, operated by American Airlines. The Consejo Technico de Aviacion Civil (CTAC) of Costa Rica notified the NTSB of the event.

What happened
