What happened
Following the event, the United Kingdom's Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) notified the NTSB of the incident. Because the aircraft is of U.S. manufacture and design, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13 protocols. There were no injuries reported in relation to this incident.
