The Mexican government has notified the NTSB of an incident involving an Airbus A320, registration N526VL, which took place on June 16, 2020, in Tijuana, Mexico.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Direccion de Analisis de Accidentes e Incidentes de Aviacion (DGAC) of Mexico. This assistance is provided in the capacity of the State of Manufacture and Design of the engines involved in the incident.
