The government of South Africa reported an accident involving a Bell 206 helicopter on June 17, 2020. The accident resulted in 2 fatal injuries.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the South African authorities with their investigation. All investigative details regarding the aircraft, registered as ZT-RHC, will be released by the government of South Africa.
