On March 5, 2021, at 5:17 PM EST, the Aircraft Accident Investigation Authority (AAIA) was notified of an overdue aircraft with two persons on board. The flight was en route to Matthew Town Airport (MYIG), Great Inagua, Bahamas. According to Bahamas Air Navigation Services and Nassau Air Traffic Control, the aircraft had departed Lynden Pindling International Airport (MYNN), Nassau, at 7:00 AM. The filed flight plan estimated an en route time of 3 hours and 20 minutes. The flight plan was not cancelled, and checks by Nassau Air Traffic Control confirmed that the aircraft did not reach its intended destination.
