What happened
On the morning of the occurrence, a Cessna 172, registration XY-C17, was performing taxi operations at Yangon International Airport. During the taxi phase, the aircraft encountered an unexpected mechanical issue that resulted in contact between the propeller and the ground/engine components. The investigation
