On Wednesday, 9 July 2025, at approximately 13:00 local time, a Robin DR400-160 registered F-HOLE crashed into a vineyard field near Bessan. The aircraft was operated by the Aéroclub de Béziers for a local circuit flight. The pilot sustained injuries, and the aircraft was destroyed.

The pilot took off from Béziers-Vias aerodrome at 12:30 to perform runway circuits. After completing four touch-and-go landings, he began his fifth circuit.
