Accident
An aircraft crash occurred during a night approach to Lukapa Airport. While at an altitude of approximately 1,800 metres, the aircraft entered an uncontrolled descent. It subsequently impacted terrain in an open field located 16 kilometres from the airport. All nine occupants on board were killed.
Investigation
