What happened
During the landing phase at Rogachevo AFB (Anderma-2), the aircraft was operating on runway 16 when it experienced issues maintaining deceleration. The aircraft failed to come to a complete stop within the available runway length, leading to a runway excursion. As the aircraft overran the pavement, the left main landing gear was lost.
