What happened
On the date of the incident, a humanitarian mission was being conducted toward Doro Airfield in South Sudan. The aircraft was transporting a cargo of food and was operated by a crew of four individuals.
Upon completing the landing phase of the flight, the aircraft lost directional control. The plane drifted off the runway surface and entered a drainage ditch. The momentum of the excursion caused the aircraft to come to a stop against an earth mound.
Outcomes
Despite the significant impact, all four occupants managed to exit the aircraft without sustaining any injuries. However, the aircraft itself was destroyed during the event.
