The flight was operating as an ambulance service, traveling from Mitiga. The aircraft was carrying a total of eleven occupants, including six crew members, three doctors, and two patients. Following the impact, a post-crash fire broke out, which completely destroyed the aircraft. There were 11 fatalities and no survivors.
