What happened
During a cargo transport mission originating in Luanda, an aircraft was performing its approach to Cafunfo Airport when it encountered severe weather characterized by thunderstorms. While on short final approach, the pilot identified a minor technical issue involving the left engine. In response to this malfunction, the crew executed a go-around maneuver.
During the subsequent flight phase, the aircraft experienced a stall. The plane impacted the ground before reaching the runway, resulting in a post-crash fire. The accident resulted in four fatalities and four injuries among the crew members on board.
