Incident Overview
A twin-engine aircraft departed Chaklala-Nur Khan Air Force Base in Islamabad with five crew members onboard for a local training flight. During the flight, the aircraft went out of control and crashed onto several houses in the suburb of Mora Kalu, located approximately 10 kilometers south of the airbase. The impact caused the aircraft to burst into flames.
Damage and Casualties
The aircraft and several houses were destroyed in the crash. All five crew members lost their lives, along with 14 people on the ground. The incident resulted in a total of 19 fatalities.

The crash site was in Mora Kalu, a suburb south of Chaklala-Nur Khan AFB in Islamabad.
