What happened

Following its departure from La Carlota-General Francisco de Miranda AFB, the aircraft experienced mechanical issues. In response to these complications, the crew decided to abort the flight and attempt a return to the airfield. During this maneuver, the plane lost altitude and descended into the Macaracuay district, located approximately 3 km southeast of the airport. The descent resulted in the aircraft striking the roof of a garage before coming to a final rest.
