What happened
Following its departure from Campo de Marte Airport, a flight bound for Porto Alegre experienced a sudden loss of control. During the initial climb phase, the aircraft type entered an uncontrolled descent, eventually impacting the ground on Marquês de São Vicente Avenue. The impact triggered a significant fire that completely destroyed the plane.
While the crash resulted in the destruction of a public transport bus, there were no reported injuries to people on the ground. The flight was carrying two people, and the crash resulted in two fatalities, involving the pilot and one passenger.
