What happened
Shortly after departing from Puerto Ayacucho Airport, the flight crew reported experiencing mechanical difficulties. Following this communication, the aircraft disappeared from both radar and radio contact.
A search operation eventually located the wreckage within the jungle ten days after the disappearance. The accident resulted in four fatalities and four individuals who initially survived the impact. However, one of the survivors later succumbed to their injuries nine days after the crash.
