Accident Details
A single-engine airplane on a local training flight at Puerto Ayacucho Airport encountered a loss of control while executing a turn on approach to runway 04. The aircraft subsequently crashed in a wooded area situated approximately 3 kilometers south of the airport's boundary. Upon impact, the airplane burst into flames. The force of the crash and the ensuing fire completely destroyed the aircraft.
