What happened
A private flight consisting of one pilot and four passengers departed from Albenga Airport, bound for Stuttgart. While the twin engine aircraft was cruising over the Swiss Alps, the flight encountered severe weather, including turbulence and thunderstorm activity. During this period, the pilot lost control of the plane, which subsequently descended into a mountain slope near Klöntal. The impact caused the aircraft to disintegrate. The wreckage was located at an elevation of 1,800 metres, and the accident resulted in five fatalities.
