What happened
A flight departing from Salzgitter-Drütte Airport ended in a fatal accident during its initial climb phase. The twin engine airplane was performing a short-distance transit to Hildesheim Airfield, situated approximately 33 km east of the origin point.
Upon departing from runway 07, the aircraft began its ascent but subsequently lost stability. The plane went out of control while climbing and impacted a field near the departure site. The accident resulted in two fatalities, as both occupants on board were killed in the crash.
