Incident Overview
Just after liftoff, while in initial climb, a twin-engine airplane stalled and crashed onto the runway, coming to rest. The event occurred without injuries to the two occupants, but the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
Probable Cause and Contributing Factors
The official probable cause was determined to be an engine malfunction during initial climb, which caused the aircraft to stall and crash. The following factors were reported by investigators:

- Pilot attention diverted from operation of aircraft

- Pilot elected to land cartwheeled
Damage and Injuries
