Accident Overview
Shortly after takeoff from Teterboro Airport, during the initial climb, the pilot lost control of the airplane. The aircraft stalled and crashed in a large explosion near the end of the runway. The aircraft was destroyed, and the pilot, who was the sole occupant on board, was killed.
