Accident Overview
The accident occurred after the aircraft landed on runway 09 at Ubatuba Airport. The pilot initiated braking following touchdown but was unable to bring the aircraft to a stop within the remaining runway distance. The aircraft overran the runway, crossed a road, and struck several obstacles before catching fire. It then came to rest upside down on the beach, engulfed in flames.
Fatalities and Injuries
The pilot was killed in the accident. All four passengers—two adults and two children—sustained injuries. Additionally, at least three other individuals on the road were injured.

This configuration provides a landing distance available (LDA) of only 560 metres, which was noted as insufficient for the aircraft to stop. Furthermore, the runway surface was wet due to rain, a condition that was reported as a contributing factor.
