What happened
While operating in transit, the flight crew encountered unforeseen complications that necessitated an immediate emergency descent. During the attempt to land the aircraft safely, the plane crash landed in the vicinity of La Toma.
Upon impact, the aircraft sustained significant structural damage and was declared a total loss, rendered beyond repair. Despite the severity of the crash landing, all four occupants were able to exit the wreckage without sustaining any injuries.

The investigation noted that the crew was forced into the emergency maneuver due to an unexpected situation encountered while en route.
