What happened
While flying over the Chute-des-Passes region, the flight crew encountered adverse meteorological conditions. During this period of inclement weather, the aircraft experienced a loss of control. The plane subsequently impacted the surface of Péribonka Lake.
Following the disappearance of the aircraft, search efforts were conducted, and the wreckage was located three days after the initial event. There were two fatalities among the crew members on board.
