What happened
The incident occurred during the takeoff phase of flight while departing from Authier. The aircraft encountered a failure that led to an immediate crash shortly after leaving the ground. As a result of the impact and subsequent damage, the airframe was rendered unserviceable and declared destroyed. The pilot, who was alone in the cockpit at the time of the accident, sustained no injuries.
Findings
The investigation highlighted that while the structural integrity of the aircraft was completely compromised, leading to a write-off status, human safety measures or circumstances allowed the sole crew member to survive the event unharmed. No other parties were involved in the incident.
