What happened
Shortly after departing from Davao City Airport, an unidentified aircraft experienced a loss of control. The flight descended into the sea under circumstances that remain undetermined. Following the disappearance, search and rescue operations were launched to locate the wreckage and any survivors; however, these efforts yielded no results. No debris or remains were ever recovered.
All four occupants on board the aircraft are presumed deceased following the impact with the water. The incident occurred during the initial climb phase of the flight, only minutes after the takeoff sequence was completed.
