Incident Overview
Shortly after departing from Foz do Iguaçu-Cataratas Airport, the flight crew encountered technical problems while climbing. They reported the issue and decided to return to the airport. However, they soon realized that a return was not possible and instead initiated an emergency landing in a nearby corn field.
Emergency Landing
During the landing in the corn field, the aircraft lost its undercarriage and slid for several dozen meters before coming to a stop. The forced landing sequence involved the aircraft contacting the ground without its landing gear, resulting in a skidding motion across the field.
Aftermath
There were four occupants on board. One passenger sustained slight injuries. The aircraft incurred substantial damage and was declared beyond repair. No other injuries were reported among the remaining occupants.
