What happened

During a scheduled supply delivery operation between Nha Trang and Pleiku, an aircraft was performing a low-altitude flight through adverse weather. While navigating the difficult conditions, the plane collided with a mountain slope. The impact resulted in the total destruction of the airframe.

There were seven fatalities among the crew members on board at the time of the accident. No survivors were reported from the wreckage.
