What happened
Approximately ten minutes after departing from Agnew, the aircraft was cruising at an altitude of 2,000 feet when the right engine failed. The pilot initiated an emergency landing procedure in response to the loss of power. During this maneuver, the airplane struck trees and subsequently crash landed on the ground. The impact caused damage that rendered the airframe beyond repair. All four individuals on board, including the pilot, evacuated from the wreckage safely without sustaining injuries.
