What happened
During the approach phase to Voi Airport, a twin-engine aircraft impacted the terrain of Mt Irima. The collision occurred at a location situated approximately 9 km north of the threshold for runway 18. The impact with the mountainside resulted in the deaths of all four occupants on board the aircraft.
