What happened
On October 23, 2021, a Piper PA-A-28-181, registration LV-APC, was conducting a general aviation training flight at the Aeroclub San Juan in the San Juan province. Following the landing phase of the flight, the aircraft veered off the runway. The excursion resulted in minor damage, specifically affecting the cowling of the right wing tip. There were no injuries reported among the crew or the single passenger on board during the incident.

The Argentine Transportation Safety Board (JST) conducted a technical review of the event.
