Incident Overview
On August 2, 2024, at 13:30 UTC, a Piper PA-46-350P aircraft, registration LV-JVZ, was performing a general aviation ferry flight from Ministro Pistarini International Airport (SAEZ) in Ezeiza, Buenos Aires, to Estancia El Pingo (LAD2507). During the taxi phase toward Runway 35, at the position of Taxiway Delta, the left main landing gear tire punctured, rendering the aircraft immobile and blocking the taxiway. The aircraft sustained no damage. There were two crew members and two passengers on board, totaling four occupants. No injuries were reported. Meteorological conditions were visual meteorological conditions (VMC). The incident is classified as a system/component failure – nose/pneumatic (SCF-NP).
