What happened
During the takeoff roll from runway 30 at Krasnoyarsk-Iemilianovo Airport, the aircraft began its ascent at a speed of 165 km/h. Shortly after leaving the ground, the flight encountered significant issues maintaining its climb rate. Approximately 1,000 metres beyond the threshold of the runway, the aircraft struck trees measuring 25 metres in height. Following the impact with the vegetation, the plane rolled toward the right side of the runway path. The aircraft eventually came to rest in a forested region situated roughly 450 metres to the right of the extended centerline.
Findings
- The accident resulted in 3 fatalities, involving both pilots and one passenger.
- The primary factor in the accident was the inability of the aircraft to gain sufficient altitude during the climb phase.
