What happened
During a military operation targeting the Thanh Hoa bridge, an aircraft departed from Đà Nẵng Airport to conduct a bombing mission. While the flight initially appeared to proceed without incident, the aircraft subsequently disappeared over the Sông Mã River. Despite search efforts, no wreckage or debris from the plane was ever recovered.
All eight crew members on board were lost in the disappearance. The mission ended with the total loss of the aircraft and its personnel, as no evidence of the crash site has been identified since the event occurred.
