What happened
During a scheduled supply mission, an unidentified aircraft was targeted and hit by enemy fire. The incident occurred while the plane was operating as a cargo transport. Following the engagement, the four individuals on board, consisting of two crew members and two passengers, successfully exited the aircraft via parachute.
The aircraft subsequently crashed in a region located east of Ban Huoeisay. While the airframe was completely destroyed upon impact, all occupants were recovered safely following their bailout. No injuries or fatalities were reported among the personnel involved in the mission.

- The primary factor in the loss of the aircraft was that it was shot down by enemy fire during its flight operations.
