Background
On 2 June 2016, an additional agreement (No. 2) was signed between Aerolimuzin LLC and Aviation Charter Service LLC, assigning a crew from Aerolimuzin—comprising a pilot-in-command (PIC), a first officer (FO), and a flight attendant—to transport passengers on the route Krasnodar–Neryungri.
Flight Task
Flight task No. 51, dated 3 June 2016, specified two flights on the same aircraft: LI9673 from Moscow (Vnukovo) to Krasnodar (Pashkovsky) without a flight attendant, passengers, or cargo; and LI9674 from Krasnodar (Pashkovsky) to Tyumen (Roshino) and then to Neryungri (Chulman) with the full crew (PIC, FO, flight attendant), five passengers, and no cargo.
