On July 1, 2022, at 20:53 UTC, a Motor Sich Antonov An-12BK, registration UR-11316, operating flight MSI 6536 from Istanbul to Uzhhorod, experienced a tire failure of the left main landing gear during the landing roll after touchdown. The aircraft veered left and exited the runway, coming to rest on the prepared part of the flight strip. The left main landing gear and the propeller of engine No. 1 sustained damage. No fire occurred.
