What happened
During a scheduled survey mission, a single-engine aircraft was operating with one pilot and five passengers on board. While performing the flight operations, the crew encountered unidentified mechanical issues that necessitated an immediate return to Kuala Lumpur-Subang Airport.
As the aircraft attempted to return to the airfield, it lost control and struck a vehicle located in the vicinity of the airport. The impact resulted in the deaths of all six occupants on board the aircraft. No injuries were reported among individuals on the ground at the time of the collision.
