What happened
During a scheduled training mission, a twin-engine aircraft departed from Jinan Airport. The flight was intended to be a supervised training session, carrying a crew consisting of one instructor and six student pilots.
At approximately midday, the aircraft impacted the slope of Mt Huluyu, which has an elevation of 540 meters. The impact occurred during the flight, and the subsequent crash resulted in seven fatalities. There were no survivors among the occupants.
Findings
The specific circumstances surrounding the impact remain unclear at this time. Investigations are required to determine why the aircraft struck the mountainside during its flight operations.
