What happened

The aircraft was conducting a cargo flight from Bukavu to Minembwe when it came under attack. The plane was carrying four individuals along with supplies including medicines and food. It was reportedly shot down by DRC Government forces while operating in the region. The impact caused the airframe to crash into hilly terrain located approximately 30 km from Minembwe, near the area of Bikuba.
