What happened
During a specialized mission to perform locust fumigation, an aircraft crashed in the Jalal-Abad Province near the Jyl-Kol area. The crew was operating the aircraft at a low altitude of approximately 15 metres above the ground while traversing a plantation. During this low-level flight, the aircraft struck overhead power cables, which led to a subsequent crash. The impact was followed by a post-crash fire that consumed the airframe.
