What happened
During a recent flight departing from Moretecocha Airfield, a single engine airplane encountered difficulties during its initial ascent. While the aircraft was climbing through challenging weather conditions, it struck a group of trees before ultimately coming to rest in a river bed.
There were seven people on board at the time of the accident. The impact resulted in seven injuries, though no fatalities were reported. The aircraft sustained heavy damage and was completely destroyed during the sequence of events.
