What happened
During a series of local skydiving operations conducted from Piotrków Trybunalski Airport, located approximately 45 km southeast of Łódź, a fatal accident occurred. The aircraft had successfully completed the deployment of 20 skydivers before the incident took place.
While the crew was performing a descent phase to return to the airfield, the aircraft experienced a sudden loss of control. The plane entered a near-vertical descent and struck a field. The impact was severe enough to cause the total destruction of the aircraft. There were two fatalities among the occupants of the plane.
