Cargo Flight from Timika to Ilaga Crashes in Mountainous Terrain (PK-CDC)

Contact with the aircraft was lost approximately six minutes after this communication. The aircraft failed to arrive at its destination, prompting the initiation of search and rescue operations. The wreckage was located four days later in mountainous terrain at an altitude of 4,115 meters, approximately 10 kilometers from Kampung Mamontoga. The aircraft was completely destroyed, and all four occupants were killed.
